Let Anderson walk and we have way over the max for multiple FA's. Trading Hedo with Howard and then finding expiring contracts for JRich and Baby and we are a FA force in summer '13.

if mwp retires there is still a cap hold for his contract, it doesn't instantly disappear, mwp would have to agree to a buyout of some sorts to get majority money
rasheed wallace still counted towards the celtics cap when he retired, it affected the celtics free agency
