My high thoughts of the night.
Teams did not offer much for Cousins because they were likely worried about Fegan's message that Cousins had no intentions of singing an extension. Which is why I think they would have liked the Vucevic and Fournier pairing more than people think. That must have made our management too scared of going through that again. Except with a more crazy superstar this time.
With that said, Dan Fegan must have serious pull to be involved and influence a trade before reported. Too hard to manage and enforce i guess.
Separately, based on Woj's comments, I think that Rob is a sitting duck until the end of the deadline or season, and he knows it. I just hope it's not Vogel that will be taking on that role once he's fired.
I still wonder though, why doesn't any trade or possible trade speculation about the Magic ever get leaked. Rob must have a good deal with someone for that.
