I think it's not very likely. Fultz is in a much different position than Cole.
Cole's production is naturally going to be capped more than Fultz's potentially is because Cole is not a starter. Other than upticking his 3PT percentage, there's not much Cole can do to earn more than he's probably already being offered.
No one is going to pay Cole Anthony to be a starter IMO. He's a 6th man and that only pays so much. So I think it's more realistic for him to lock in his money now.
The difference between what Fultz is probably being offered right now and what we COULD get if he has a good, healthy season and shows off things he's never shown before is significant.
*If* Fultz actually starts taking and making threes or getting to the line at a much higher rate, he could demand - and frankly would probably get - WAY more than he's likely being offered right now.
If he plays the exact same as he did last year, he's still getting the same amount he's being offered right now.
