Regardless of the "remain at their residence" policy, I'm sure teams are following the protocols inside their building/work spaces (separate locker room, no meals together, etc.) and on the road which are the places where teambuilding takes place - not on off days when players are home.
You still haven't provided any proof that Florida law takes precedence over NBA protocols. Seems like you want it to be the case but it isn't, in fact, the case.

I'm still waiting on any sort of source or proof that the Orlando Magic don't have to follow the NBA covid protocols.
