I think its a good sign. It means he has discipline and ability to self-limit. Most mediocre gms would use those assets long time ago. Weltman has his problems but not spending assets is not one of them. He will make a move and then we can judge it. Right now he is propably looking at some bigger trades possibilities and trying to not pay frp for Brogdon, Jones. I think thats a good strategy.
