It's possible. He will be 24 by the time the season rolls around so you can't rule it out that he may not progress much more then what he does on court now, But the level he IS at, is pretty damn good.
Also, his numbers are pretty much the same looking at them. the one thing he has been in his years is pretty consistant across the board.
He had more help in the backcourt this year in G Mark Lyons who jumped his scoring up to 15 and there was the whole Xaiver vs CIN Brawl incident and backlash which may have impeeded his focus this year.
If you look at his advanced stats below along with his constant ability to draw fouls and get to the line all game long (and hit them), he is a VERY good 2nd round pick if he happens to slip (like the Kings I.Thomas did), he would be a big time steal in the 2nd.

I dont think Holloway is as good as he played his Jr year, i think he played over his head a little bit and that is why his overall numbers didn't duplicate. But all in all his So, Jr and Sr. years were all exellent. The kid is FEISTY, TOUGH and a LEADER on that basketball court. Will not back down from ANYone. Kind of the way Chris Paul has that nasty/dirty attitude when the lights come on.
