Why is Al Jefferson 6'8?

I can't argue with that. I know Al J's limitations, so do I know Iggy's. Both guys have their baggages. If Al J doesn't have his injury history, I don't think we'd be able to trade Iggy for one of the most promising big man who averages 20+ppg and 11+ rpg with 1.7bpg.
But from the news I'm hearing from the Wolves, they are expecting a comeback from Al J this season (focusing on his core). Because he's considering this season as a do or die for his career.
I'd still take the risk for Al J. Then like I said, if it didn't work, we'd be in a much better shape in the offseason of 2013 to lure max FAs like D-12.

Players go by height in shoes. So he's 6'10".SJSF wrote:How about Rashard Lewis for Iggy. Rashard is a mismatch at the 3. And can hit the 3. Way over paid though, why i think Orlando might do it. Numbers would have to match up though. Maybe Lou and Iggy for Lewis.

Would Atlanta be tempted by Young, Speights, Smith, Green, Kapono, and a 2011 1st round pick lotto protected for Josh Smith and Zaza Pachulia?

Neither Brand or Jefferson is an very good on ball defender so the Sixers should NOT have BOTH on the team.
In fact, the Sixers probably need a good defensive backcourt to make up for the defensive deficiencies that Thad and Brand will have in the frontcourt.
I would only trade Iguodala if it brings us back a good all around wing player who is also a good deep range shooter.
A sign and trade of Joe Johnson for Iguodala with the Hawks would not bother me.
