I'm against doing that, but it makes sense for both teams if you like Wiggins: Horford and JRich round out the starting five while giving them cheap talent for the bench in Shake and the 21st pick. We get a third "star" in a similar age range as Embiid and Simmons.
I think Morey has more sense than to do that, but I'm also having a hard time believing we're just going to run back the same team.
I'm down with the concept, but absolutely not all this for Wiggins. If this is the best deal we can get we have no reason to not just run it back.
It makes too much sense to not be considered. Wiggins and Embiid are friends. Can't really imagine GSW wanting to keep him. He's still young and is a scorer (albeit inefficient).
I think you are right in that Morey likely wouldn't give up all of that, but I'm operating based off the Jrue trade and he's old as ****. I could see him being taken on as a reclamation project that just needs the right location to flourish.
