it wasn't an easy game. With Book out and Cade playing better and better this was a close one. Jerami Grant is a stud, so good as an all around SF.
CP3 dominated this game, 12 assists but he did a lot of "hockey assists" too.
Ayton and Bridges played REALLY well. Shamet, Cam Payne and Cam Johnson added that much needed scoring for this one and McGee this a terrific job other than some bad fouls.
Glad you're seeing it with DA. On every one of CP3's assist to shooters in the P&R, DA was being doubled on the roll from the weakside, freeing up the shooter. Can't fault the Pistons, given how badly DA was beating them up early (as always). Those assists belong to the both of them. Their P&R looks nothing like Steve and Amare's, but it's nearly as effective (biggest differences are how frequently Amare got the And-1, and how frequently Nash got right to the rim), and obviously, the difference between those pairs on defense is night and day.
