1- Nurkic/ CLE 1st to New York for Robinson/ Kolek/ Dadiet.
2- Allen to Toronto for Boucher/ Agbaji/ Mogbo.
Then trade Tyus for multiple 2nds either to Orlando or San Antonio. And then package our TPE and one of those 2nds to Milwaukee for Gary Trent Jr?
I could get on board with the Knicks trade (I think the best we could get is Nurk/1st for Mitch and fillers).
Not familiar with the Toronto guys. If we're trading Allen, unless we could get Goga, I would prefer picks if a team would offer them.
Boucher is a skinny 6'9 wing forward that's lanky and can hit threes ok and block some shots. Ochai Agbaji is a really athletic 6'6 3 pt shooting wing gunner that's also a good shot blocker due to his wingspan and his defensive timing/ anticipation.
And Mogbo is actually a 6'9 225 lbs jumbo wing/ forward with a 7'4 wingspan that is elite defensively, a monster rebounding machine has some ball handling and advanced playmaking skills. Very few people know much about him, but he's a mix of Draymond Green and Precious Achiuwa. Kind of a 6'9 Green. 17% offensive rebounding, 31% defensive rebounding % rate, 22% assist rate, 27% steal rate, 1.1 block per 24, 67.8TS%, 12.9 BPM.
According to recent analysis, Jonathan Mogbo is considered to be an elite defender, particularly praised for his versatility, ability to guard multiple positions, and impactful defensive playmaking, often excelling in switching onto different types of players while maintaining strong rebounding and deflection rates, making him a valuable asset on the court despite potentially being undersized at times; this is especially evident in his current role with the Toronto Raptors where he is seen as a key contributor to their defensive scheme.
Key points about Mogbo's defensive strengths:
Versatility:
Can guard multiple positions from guards to big men due to his quick feet and good understanding of the game developed from playing as a guard earlier in his career.
Active hands:
High steal and deflection rates thanks to his long wingspan and ability to read passing lanes.
Strong rebounding:
Despite being undersized, Mogbo is a tenacious rebounder due to his effort and positioning.
Switch defense:
Capable of switching effectively onto different types of players, including guards and bigger forwards, making him a valuable asset in modern basketball.
