Why do I need to "assume" anything? I'd rather not assume what happened, I'll leave that to the non-fans.

Because unless you were actually there, you will have to take someone's word for it, whether it's the news, the police report, the witnesses, etc.

I don't know 100% that there was a wreck on the interstate by my house today. The news said there was. The police said there was. Several witnesses said there was. But I'll never prove it 100%. I'll have to live in the real world and take the best evidence available, even if it means only ever reaching 99.99% certainty.

So again, have you seen the report? Have you seen the "pictures"? Do they show either Morris brother beating Hood? So far all I've seen is Hood's vague account of what happened, and a brief collaboration by his girlfriend. How is that not still a "he said she said" situation? I have been in pictures with people I do not know, and I don't know all the people my mother is in contact with.

Right now, we are left with very limited information, and even less that the Morris brothers assaulted this man. So we will have to wait for the smoke to clear before we know any truth, if that ever even comes to our knowledge. By the way, I saw a magician once, he made this huge smoke screen, and poof, he was gone. Should I assume fire consumed him?

My only concern with the Morris brothers is their inconsistency on the court, if they will ever become consistent contributors, and if traded, will they bring back something of greater value.

It seemed that the article is unclear to whether it was the Morris claim of not knowing Hood (which pictures of them and he does not prove they know him), or whether the mother's claim of not being in contact with Hood that day.

So far, we have a vague understanding of what happened, and a he said she said information as so called evidence. I will wait for charges, trial, and conviction. If they have evidence of the Morris brothers assaulting Hood, then they should arrest the Morris brothers. Since they have yet to be arrested for a "felony assault", I would assume there is not enough evidence to do so, and you should as well.

Really? If the police has evidence that Morris brothers have committed a "felony assault" and have yet to arrest them, should you assume that they too are part of the Morrii attorney team? Or maybe, just maybe, they isn't conclusive evidence to support such a charge.

Unless someone is caught red-handed breaking the law, I believe in the innocent until proven guilty stance. Accused and convicted are two very different terms.
