The Nets at least have the excuse of a pretty massive exchange of personnel, the whole Kyrie Irving BS and never really actually being an elite team aside from spurts during the regular season. The Suns have kept the core from last year's Final's run, we've avoided basically all distractions from the whole Sarver situation, we've had a near flawless regular season and we have the numbers to show we're an elite contender. We really don't have any excuse to struggle this much in the first round
