And I can't even imagine what my sister and brother in law are going through right now. There was nothing they could do, it's a rare form of cancer, and they are just hoping it isn't also in his bone.
This can't be easy since unlike falling down and scrapping a knee, it must be incredibly difficult to try and explain to a very young child why there is the pain he's feeling and even harder for him to understand why he's going through this pain.
I'm not a religious person but your nephew is in my thoughts.
Yep, besides going crazy in your head about the possibility of losing your child, having to explain what is going on, must be difficult.
I think my sister said she told him that he needs to be a superhero and fight the evil cancer.
