why do people like Deni so much more?
I can’t speak for everyone else, but I personally think that Deni is taller and stronger as well as longer than Bolmaro. I also think his vertical is better just using the eye test. I think he just sees the court better which is evidenced by some of his awesome timing on his passes. I think he’s a superior rebounder and shooter as well.
While Bolmaro has a wider array of moves, I just don’t think he’s a great shooter or that his game is going to translate to the NBA as well as Avidja’s will. Avidja can be a special shooter. I do think that Bolmaro does have a chance to become a Ginobili type with work. He can definitely pass and is crafty around the basket and has nice touch, but his outside shooting needs work and I don’t think he has the same burst on his drives as Avidja.
Here’s a good game that showcases Avidja’s potential:Spoiler:
i get it, but I still don't see a huge variance between them as prospects, yea Deni is taller but I don't think it's really functional length or height, for his game it doesn't really matter whether he's 6-6 or 6-9, both are gonna play the same role IMO eventually, tho I do kinda like Bolmaro a little more defensively
