I'm pretty upset, not going to lie. The Spurs could have traded 12 to Atlanta for Reddish and 20 and selected Primo there. Or maybe even lower. This is by far the most perplexing pick in the draft so far. I thought for sure Spurs would take Sengun

Really there is something really special about this kid that i'm not seeing

Yeah he's a project. I trust Chip's work with him. As posted in a quote elsewhere, had he stayed in college, he'd have been a lotto pick next year, so I'm consoling myself with that thought right now.

We have to have some intel about S&Ts, about RFA offers, etc. We clearly have holes on the roster to fill.

So that's the immediate pieces of the puzzle.

But longer-term, there will be Primo ready to fill in in about two years or so, him along with Luka, and Tre are the down-the-road developments.

I really should've bought some suds for tonight. But isn't that what Spurs fans have wanted?

I still think there's lots of activity left to happen by us, but there's so much movement that I have to get my head clear. But there's a team that has a lot of bigs and just traded for another big. I think Indy. So there may be something with them or with Wizards and us now...
