Yeah, that's fair enough. He's definitely improved as a playmaker and he got better at drawing fouls after his rookie season. There's going to be a limit to ceiling whenever your two primary scorers can't score efficiently, though, and that's where Orlando is right now.I've never been a huge fan of Banchero, but I can definitely see him getting better with experience. He doesn't have to become a number one option to be valuable on a winning team.
We'll see what happens. He does need to become efficient in order to be useful, though, and he's like 5% below league average right now. He's less efficient than Scottie right at the moment, and that isn't a good thing at all.
Yeah, I mostly agree. I just think they have so much room to grow. I remember when the Cavs traded for Mitchell and a good chunk of people on here were laughing saying how the Cavs were handcuffed for the foreseable future. Capped out with low ceiling, they said. Look at them now.
