Not even the biggest Sidy fan, but the casual throw-in of 2nd rounders in strong drafts was the worst part of the poeltl deal. Oof!

Just watch all the idiots that hated on him flip flop when the Spurs make a player out of him.

Bro you wanted him at 13

He clearly was a reach at 13 but that late and on the Spurs I'd be shocked if he doesn't atleast result in some sorta positive value

We are so willing to trade our picks but never able to trade for any.

I’d sign Jaylen Clark to some sort of deal through his rehab. He’s a good player if he recovers properly

He could be back around Feb/March and can play G League and then Summer league

Could be a steal if he rehabs properly

I respect many of your opinions about prospects, but not this one. Can never just look at one example and run your team based on that. If we just look at one example, why keep any draft pick, I mean there are all stars and hall of famers that were undrafted free agents.

So there are multiple examples in history of 2nd rounders becoming productive players. They don’t need to be a star like a Jokic, Gasol, or a Draymond.

They can become role players and that’s not valueless

I do think you missed the word practically. Sure, the odd one will hit. As the draft is now in the 40s, here is the number to hit with the team that drafted them in the past few years. For the more recent years, I lowered the standards for a hit since it hasn't been too long yet.

2020: None
2019: Terrance Mann
2018: None
2017: Monte Morris
2016: Georges Niang
2015: Pat Connaughton, Norm Powell, Josh Richardson
2014: Jordan Clarkson, Nikola Jokic

Sources are telling me the undrafted guy we sign could have easily gone in the first round.

This is silly. He's about to be a free agent and wants to be here

Still can't believe Sidy went in the 40s. GG at 45. This is a wild draft. Late picks can be gold.

Melton, Vanderbilt, Bruce Brown were taken in 40s in 2018, valuable role players.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

GG Jackson got picked by Memphis. Not sure that's the right team for him with all their maturity problems.

I think you are struggling with the math a bit, and again, I respect your contributions, but that is a 4% chance, which is practically valueless. 4% vs 10% is quite a significant difference. Anyway, moving on, who are you remaining guys?
