Just watch all the idiots that hated on him flip flop when the Spurs make a player out of him.

I respect many of your opinions about prospects, but not this one. Can never just look at one example and run your team based on that. If we just look at one example, why keep any draft pick, I mean there are all stars and hall of famers that were undrafted free agents.
So there are multiple examples in history of 2nd rounders becoming productive players. They don’t need to be a star like a Jokic, Gasol, or a Draymond.
They can become role players and that’s not valueless

I do think you missed the word practically. Sure, the odd one will hit. As the draft is now in the 40s, here is the number to hit with the team that drafted them in the past few years. For the more recent years, I lowered the standards for a hit since it hasn't been too long yet.
2020: None
2019: Terrance Mann
2018: None
2017: Monte Morris
2016: Georges Niang
2015: Pat Connaughton, Norm Powell, Josh Richardson
2014: Jordan Clarkson, Nikola Jokic

For all the great things we have done for Siakam, this is how he repaid us? F him

So they’re not valueless. Even a 10% chance of a pick being a contributor means they have value
