Reminds me of Antoine Walker
I can see that. He is exactly what we need. Looking at this year's attempt at the 6'7"-6'9" experiment I, and others, conclude we need two things:
1. If they're that height they need to be toolsy, good at several things. Able to guard multiple positions. Some of our guys with that height are just not toolsy or talented enough. They might be good at rebounding but that's not enough.
2. Even though some are toolsy, what they're known for shouldn't overlap. A lineup of below is an example
PG - Ball / Giddey (Facilitator)
SG - Brandon Miller (Shooter)
SF - OG (Defensive specialist)
PF - Barnes (Glue guy / heart)
C - Siakam (Scorer)
Then off the bench you get redundant guys in the 6'9" mold or specialists of any height. That's where we need to get to for this experiment to really work. I also think Miller is going to eventually be better than Barnes. He's a better shooter and can defend. I guess Jet, Dick could runner-up to Brandon MIller but he would be nice.
