IMO I'd take Rivers and his **** year so far over Miller. Not a fan but I like the swag. I hope we get another pick soo badly but I don't think BC likes the idea of going into next season with three rookies.. Damn shame though cause it would be huge if we could draft a legit big and a legit sf this draft.

I'm don't want no part of Rivers. Extremely over hyped. Since he came into NCAA I've seen nothing but over-dribbling and selfish play. At this point I'll easily take Miller over Rivers. But the Miller - Barnes debate is up for grabs imo. But at this point in their Careers and considering draft mock position. I'd go with Barnes. Considering he's proven more than Miller. But I'm not counting out Miller by any-means.

A.Davis and A.Drummond are at the top clearly. But again, if raptors secured the number 1-2 pick with lottery balls aside. I just can't see many teams that are still worse than us. Which I think is VERY possible. Who do you draft? Do you take Drummond the freak athlete who has underachieved this year, but looks to have the highest potential? Or do you draft A.Davis who has imo overachieved. Proves he can be a defensive presence. But also has ways to go to improve his game.

^^I'd trade down and pick the better wing player between H.Barnes or PJ3...

Which is exactly what I hope happens, in a yr where the concensus are bigs and we do end up with the #1 pick, teams will be all over us with some prime offers imo... No1 from this freshman class has really wowed me yet. I see the value in A.Davis tho, I think Drummond is over-hyped. Both those guys scare me as #1 picks, I wan't more than just respectable defence & potential if i'm picking a big top 3...

A very hard question. I think at the end of the day though, I take Drummond. Nothing against Davis though, I like him. It's just that there's a few key players that need to bulk up and drafting another one makes the process more lengthy than it already is. Drummond's body is ready right now though. You never know..his struggles early on could land him in our laps.

As for the SF debate, Miller clearly has the better skillset out of all the SFs on the board. But by March Madness I'd like to see some strides. Right now I think he's not 100% and playing a bit reserved to prevent aggravating the knee but he'll have to start doing big things soon. Again, he could be a blessing in disguise too. Only time will tell. But he has the skills and assuming he can get healthy/stay healthy, I pick him Top 5 every time.

Anyone have a read on Will Barton of Memphis? He's a bit slender, but has really raised his game as a soph. He might make an excellent second round pick.

I've watched him play a few times, haven't really paid much attention as I was focused on Adonis, but strikes me as a Derrick Rose/ Jerryd Bayless attacking guard type. Not much of playmaker but a pretty good natural scorer.

edit: well knock me over with a feather, I thought this guy was their pg with the amount of times he brings the ball up the court.... he would make a pretty good sg. horrible pg imo

1 rebound is unacceptable for Drummond.

His shot selection is a bit, uh, broad but I think the only skill Lamb is lacking is a left-handed finish.

He backed up the point when Boatright was out and plays some 3 now that he's back, and he's the best 2 in the country while possessing NBA dimensions and quickness for that position. He's a walking triple threat and he rebounds, too. There are no question marks, no red flags, he's even put on weight already. He's easily the #1 non-big to me.

Drummond is lacking a lot but gimme gimme.

Harvard is playing some great defense.
Basketball is like poetry in motion, cross the guy to the left, take him back to the right, he's fallin back, then just J right in his face. Then you look at him and say, "What?" - Jesus Shuttlesworth

I'm also on the Lambandwagon. Serious ball skills. Great shooter already, from all over. Length. Athleticism. Major talent.

Not exactly the ideal size but he looks like a guy that could be able to defend 3 positions once he matures.

his skill level and overall body mechanics are just impressive, especially at that length. is point guard out of the question?

Man, My guy is Q Milly but Lamb, can't deny his game.

If we walk away from this draft with one of the 2 then this team will be READY to compete and challenge.

With D-Roz, Val, The Boy Bay, Davis and Bargs this team looks like it will do big things soon. 8-)
