Favors is ten times the team player that Millsap is...... And, Jefferson is much better for this team going forard than Millsap...... Any objective fan should be able to see that.......
I think that's just because fans become emotionally attached to certain players. Millsap was drafted by the Jazz in the 2nd round but he made the team, earned playing time under coach Sloan as a rookie with his hustle, became a major steal, playing hard and hustling his ass off. He kept working hard on his game and steadily improved over the course of his career, always produced, only missed a handful of games (a stark contrast with other Jazzmen in the past few seasons, I won't make names), was often forced to play less minutes than he deserved until he was finally given a starting role. His is a great success story and fans love that, so it's hard to admit that it's probably going to be over soon, even if the writing has been on the wall for some time now (and it's become even more evident this season).
