Looking to deal the following for an upgrade at the PF position Boris Diaw/Leandro Barbosa/Donatas Motiejunas...Maybe even Kevin Martin or John Salmons...

Just a question guys, how do you want this game to end? Rankings as per the rosters assembled this season?

Or do you want me to run 2011 free agency?

2011 draft is before 2011 FA, not sure many people want to draft that far ahead

I agree. Normally I would love doing the 2011 free agency given my team as it is. However, if we do FA, then we need to do draft, and this game would drag out even longer...

Well given that not many people know the rookies, I would suggest we just take the mock draft from Draft Express. Our rankings will decide our picks...

But I don't mind either way, just happy to go along with the majority.

The Pacers want to try and add a sixth man that is capable of scoring 15-20 points a game. I would like to trade Pietruse and some of my expiring deals to get it done.

Isn't this the same issue we had with this year's though? If we're just going by the DX rankings, then the teams interest isn't being taken into consideration.

Trust me, I want to get to free agency as much the next guy, but not if we have to do the 2011 draft this way. (Unless, of course, the draft order is the same as this year's and I can put Harrison Barnes next to John Wall lol.)

well a faster way would be for everybody to send a list to the commish of whom they would like to draft....about 5 players long per pick, then just post the Draft...Well i think this is the easiest way to do it, if we want to do 2011 FA.

the problem most people are overlooking is that at least half the GM's (not me) could care less about this years draft class, let alone next years filled with guys that never even played college ball yet. The next problem is the draft order. most GM's never send in rankings (on going problem for these games) and most of the ones that do send in ranking rank teams way too low (or high) to try and help themselves (commishs have been trying to fix this for the past few games) and always teams get ppissed if theirt team gets crappy rankings (i think 2 games ago mascot (Sac) but somehow ended up a lottery team because some GM's ranked him really bad not realizing his team was pretty good.

I think we should worry about successfully finishing 1 future season (and offseason) before we try to get 2 future season's done

But that is just my opinion, I am game for whatever, I just really would like to have a successful season that 75% of GM's finish and are somewhat happy with results before we jump ahead.

We finally had 1 free agent period that most teams can agree was realistic and can't complain too much about the decissions that were made

Let's all hold off any future plans for now and just go on trying to make some trades... and free agency signings, as there are a few guys feeling neglected!

This. This game has been going smoothly so far. Lets not mess it up by going too far.
