PG Isiah Thomas ($473,604)
2012 1st RND (Worst pick owned by Sacramento (SAC (Lotto), CHI, BOS)

Sacramento Kings receive:
PF/C Donatas Motiejūnas ($1,134,500)
PF/C Jordan Williams ($473,604)
2012 New Jersey 1st RND (Unprotected)

Kings agree to this deal as we were crowded at the SG position and we like the potential of Williams and Motiejunas as well as the draft pick position.

When your looking for polished - nba ready prospect - forget about Tabacco Road - or Europe - You got go to the Pacific NW - State of WA. That's exactly what the Nets have done.

In all seriousness, this move balances the Nets roster with a backup - PG in the new JJ Barea mold of small quick facilitators who can get hot. Isiah Thomas was born to be in the NBA and this will be his opportunity. Clearly, his size will limit his opportunities to trap and Zone times, but he has much greater athleticism than most of the new small guards and the NW really has become a hot bed of NBA talent. The real prize in this deal is the acquision of Klay Thompson - again with NBA pedigree. Probably the best shooter to come from the draft, Klay has incredible basketball IQ and has follow his dad - Mychael - though a number of NBA cities. He has already made believers in Golden State and he should press for a starting job by mid season. The Nets also like the prospects of developing their team to diminish the value of their own draft pick.

This was a tough deal as SAC knew we wanted Klay, but in the end it was a nice accomodation on both sides and a fair value. It was a pleasure working with SAC - who was not going to give anything away, but was reasonable and worked out a great trade. Thanks

Houston accepts. We had a glut of center, and we clear one out mainly for the 1st rounder. Camby is an expiring contract who we may be able to use later on for a team looking to go hard a free agent this offseason.

Dally, in my opinion, is one of the best fits next to LMA at a decent price. May not be as "long-term" as I hoped but it's good enough to contend.
Carlos Delfino is highly underrated. A really good shooter and will get tons of minutes in my offensive (and most effective) lineup of L.Williams/J.Crawford/C.Delfino/G.Wallace/L.Aldridge. Not to mention dude is a nice rebounder for a SF.

Maybe the 1st's I'm giving make it look like I'm paying a whole lot. If you plan on being a middle of the pack team or a bit better than that I've learned that in GM Games draft pick don't really mean much at all.

All though I've put my team in an uncomfortable place by having too much offense and no real play maker, but I think I've got time to work some deals out.

Well we're having the 2012 draft. It's just that Jrue's arguably one of the best up and coming PGs in the league is all. Felt like you coulda gotten more for him.
