San Antonio sends
2014 SAS 2nd
TPE:$4,347,334 <--- TPE is 100% + 100k so that's 4.44m max.

Minnesota sends
Daniel Gibson $4,403,834

Everyone clearing cap space and so are we. Beside with Maynor as backup PG we don't really see much minutes for Boobie.

SA accpets. We needed a backup and Gibson will do the job, plus he's an exp.

New Jersey Nets and Sacramento Kings have agreed to the following trade:

New Jersey Nets receive:
SG Klay Thompson ($2,126,520)
PG Isiah Thomas ($473,604)
2012 1st RND (Worst pick owned by Sacramento (SAC (Lotto), CHI, BOS)

Sacramento Kings receive:
PF/C Donatas Motiejūnas ($1,134,500)
PF/C Jordan Williams ($473,604)
2012 New Jersey 1st RND (Unprotected)

Kings agree to this deal as we were crowded at the SG position and we like the potential of Williams and Motiejunas as well as the draft pick position.

When your looking for polished - nba ready prospect - forget about Tabacco Road - or Europe - You got go to the Pacific NW - State of WA. That's exactly what the Nets have done.

In all seriousness, this move balances the Nets roster with a backup - PG in the new JJ Barea mold of small quick facilitators who can get hot. Isiah Thomas was born to be in the NBA and this will be his opportunity. Clearly, his size will limit his opportunities to trap and Zone times, but he has much greater athleticism than most of the new small guards and the NW really has become a hot bed of NBA talent. The real prize in this deal is the acquision of Klay Thompson - again with NBA pedigree. Probably the best shooter to come from the draft, Klay has incredible basketball IQ and has follow his dad - Mychael - though a number of NBA cities. He has already made believers in Golden State and he should press for a starting job by mid season. The Nets also like the prospects of developing their team to diminish the value of their own draft pick.

This was a tough deal as SAC knew we wanted Klay, but in the end it was a nice accomodation on both sides and a fair value. It was a pleasure working with SAC - who was not going to give anything away, but was reasonable and worked out a great trade. Thanks

#112 Houston and Portland have a trade:

Houston sends: Samuel Dalembert($7,000,000) + Carlos Delfino($3,500,000) = $10,500,000 x 1.25 = $13,125,000

Portland sends:
Marcus Camby($11,227,250) + 2012 NYK 1st = $11,227,250

Houston accepts. We had a glut of center, and we clear one out mainly for the 1st rounder. Camby is an expiring contract who we may be able to use later on for a team looking to go hard a free agent this offseason.

May not be exactly what we was looking for but it's damn close.
Dally, in my opinion, is one of the best fits next to LMA at a decent price. May not be as "long-term" as I hoped but it's good enough to contend.
Carlos Delfino is highly underrated. A really good shooter and will get tons of minutes in my offensive (and most effective) lineup of L.Williams/J.Crawford/C.Delfino/G.Wallace/L.Aldridge. Not to mention dude is a nice rebounder for a SF.
Dammit...:

I've got Nurkic fever now.

#113 Houston and Golden State have a trade:

Houston sends: Stephen Jackson($9,256,500)

Golden State sends: Gary Neal($788,872) + Jason Thompson($3,001,284) = $3,790,156

Golden State has additional caproom to absorb the difference in salary.

Houston accepts. Sjax is still a solid player, but we are committing to a rebuilding effort and wanted to get a couple of prospects. Neal was a real nice rookie last year and is very cheap, and JT still shows promise as a bigman with good length/athleticism.

S.Jax is a proven value and we didn't want to pay Jason a lot next year. Confirmed.

Cavs and the 76ers have agreed upon a deal.

Philly Incoming
Manu Ginobili ($12,981,038)
Jose Juan Barea ($4,300,000)

TOTAL: $17,281,038

Cavs Incoming
DeMar Derozan ($2,625,000)
Trevor Ariza ($6,790,640)
Jodie Meeks ($884,293)
Andres Nocioni ($6,650,000)

TOTAL: $16,949,933

Deal Works.

Cavs accept, we think Meeks has the potential to become the next Michael Jordan.

Cheers accepted, original deal didn't inlcude Nocioni but needed to use him to make salaries work. Which is fine with me because to me he was just a bad contract.

#116 Houston and Philadelphia have a trade:

Houston sends: Kendrick Perkins($7,373,626) +Monta Ellis($11,000,000) +Jameer Nelson($8,600,000) = $26,973,626

Philadelphia sends: Emeka Okafor($12,642,500) +Jrue Holiday($1,741,440) +Evan Turner($4,947,840) + Nikola Vucevic($1,645,400) + Tony Battie($854,389) + 2012 Philly 1st and 2014 Philly 1st = $21,839,569x 1.25 = $27,299,461

Houston accepts. Ellis is a nice player, but we were wanting to fully commit to a rebuild and we think we got 2 great players to do that. Okafor is a bit overpaid but should be a nice fit next to Cousins and a solid mentor.

Meh Nelson is playing pretty bad now but he'll get better, same with Perkins. I also think Monta Ellis has been playing outstanding.

Maybe the 1st's I'm giving make it look like I'm paying a whole lot. If you plan on being a middle of the pack team or a bit better than that I've learned that in GM Games draft pick don't really mean much at all.

All though I've put my team in an uncomfortable place by having too much offense and no real play maker, but I think I've got time to work some deals out.

Well we're having the 2012 draft. It's just that Jrue's arguably one of the best up and coming PGs in the league is all. Felt like you coulda gotten more for him.
