Trades will be approved IF rosters are up-to-date, trades numbered, and calculations clearly shown.

Houston in: Shavlik Randolph (1,106,942 UNG), Terrence Williams (947,907 UNG) = 2,054,849
Boston in: Royce White (1,719,480)

Why does Houston dump their 1st round pick from last year? Because it's Royce White, that's why.

Celtics accept.

He's gotten a bum rap. I think putting him around veterans like Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Rajon Rondo and a head coach like Doc Rivers will do wonders for him.

= 13,900,000

UTAH trades:

Williams 7,500,000
Evans 1,660,257
#21 GSW 1,306,920

= 10,467,177 * 1,5 = 15,700,765

Why for Phx? Dumping Frye was important for me.

We accept. Were high on Goran "the Dragon" Dragic and would love him as our PG of the future.

Houston cuts salary and we like some of the guys available at #10. Will Barton is the kind of hyper-athletic wing guy every team needs. Good dealing!

We feel Asik will be better than anything at #10. Asik who is a great rim protector (8th in blocks) and rebounder (4th in the league) and is a near perfect fit next to LMA. Barton is a nice player but feel he can be replaced.

Mainly a salary dump, but I also get good value for a fairly disappointing rookie. There are going to be some pretty decent guys at the end of the lottery.

We accept. TRob has shown flashes of his potential and he can defenitly rebound the ball. We feel he is a late bloomer and needs PT to reach his apex.

Channing Frye $6,400,000
UTH 2014 1st
UTH 2013 2nd

MIN Trade:
Kevin Love $14,693,906
#9th pick

Total : $14,693,906 x 150% = $22,040,859

Tough to deal basically all my assets but we feel it was best for the ballclub to land a Superstar. Good dealing Klomp.

Wolves accept. I wanted to put my stamp on this club early on in a big way. There have been ongoing rumors locally about Love's future here in Minnesota, so we felt it best to address it early on.

We love that we essentially got an entire starting frontcourt in return for Love, all still on their cheap rookie deals. All three guys will also be great fits along our point guard Ricard Rubio.

JordanL wrote:Trade #8:

Los Angeles Lakers in: 2013 #13 pick (originally Dallas', from Detroit via trade #3) + 2013 LAC 2nd + Kris Middleton

Detroit Pistons in: Kobe Bryant

Detroit has enough cap space to absorb Kobe outright.

While it's sad to see the face of the Lakers for such a long time depart, the recent injury will hamper his ability to take the Lakers far in his last season, and at $30 million, he's got quite the salary. Getting back a rough prospect in Middleton with the #13 pick and LAC's 2nd rounder while clearing some cap space allows LAL more flexibility to accomplish the goals we need to this season.

For numbers purposes:

Detroit outgoing:
Khris Middleton - 788,872
Pick # 13 (DAL)
LAC Second round pick

Lakers outgoing:
Kobe Bryant - 30,453,805

Why?
I can't resist. He is my favorite player, and STILL the best SG in the NBA. There is no one, I repeat, NO ONE in this draft that will ever be as good as Kobe, or even on his level, EVEN at this age. Worst case? He expires next year and I have all my cap back. Knight and Kobe are actually a nice fit together. We still have nearly max cap after this deal as well. Good dealing JordanL

deal within 150% both teams are under the lux.

Washington Accepts, tough to give up the 3rd pick but like leonard and duncan lets us compete right now, good dealing Spurs!

Spurs accept. Duncan, while being the franchise anchor for such a long time, is getting a bit long in the tooth and has a longer contract. Leonard is a good piece but such is the price for the #3 pick. This should accelerate the retool/rebuild a bit.

Okafor is a good rental for his shotblocking/defensive presence and also represents an asset that could be moved down the road.

Good dealing with ya Kinger!

Yes this looks crazy for me right now but we'll see later on..

Lakers accept.

Dragic is energy at the point, has played with Nash before, and should work well with both Dwight and Pau. The #9 pick adds additional flexibility, and Alec Burks is a prospect that we are willing to give a chance.

EDIT:

Just for clarity, this trade uses part of the $30 million TPE the Lakers have from trade #8.

I get a young beast in Faried. An exciting SG in Fourier and a nice asset to keep or trade in Chandler.

Brooklyn Out: Joe Johnson ($21,466,718)

17,679,280 * 1.25 + 100,000 = 22,199,100 > 21,466,718

Trade 2:

LAL Out: TPE
Brooklyn Out: Gerald Wallace ($10,105,855)

Lakers like this trade for a couple of reasons. We clear the PG spot a little, get a SF that's more in control and coachable, and get a very good SG to replace Kobe.

Brooklyn accepts. We do this trade for a number of reasons. We move a LOT of salary even though we get significantly worse. We get a pick, and our plans of remaking the roster completely is well underway. My Roster is being worked on as we speak....so it will be done shortly.

Deal accepted by Mia. Its about surrounding Lebron with shooters. 40yr old Nash for our reserves works for us as contenders.

Lakers move the #9 pick, which might have been a player like Lin, to Lin, a prospect PF and a second rounder.

I just cut about $8M in salary and picked up a third lottery pick. Even in a garbage draft, #9 is a pretty useful pick.
