The question is, when Porter gets back, will it be the old Porter of last season, or will it be the guy from earlier this season who clearly isn't the same player.
You make a good point though. In a few days, we'll have the team we've been wanting to see for a while: no Wall, no Morris, no Rivers, and lots of Bryant and Sato to play alongside Beal, Porter, Ariza and Green.
Yep, my only final request would be to do away with Randle and just play TBJR all of those minutes at the backup guard spots. I don’t care if he makes mistakes, he’s already good enough to be a positive by making the right play and defending and rebounding. Let him develop his game and run the show with the 2nd unit. He’s a good player.
But yeah, I’ve been waiting to see this team. We got to see it a little bit last year but Brooks was using that horrendous no point guard lineup still and Morris was still disgracing basketball. We also didn’t have the monster that is Thomas Bryant. Dekker has been playing out of his mind, Ariza and Green have been solid role players. Dwight could be a monster playing alongside Satoransky and Beal. We even made the massive change of Otto at PF now. The most exciting part is Otto and Beal being option A and option B.
