Agree. I can't understand why there's so much negative attitude about Brad. Obviously an extremely good guy....
I don't think anyone (or very few) on this board have much of a negative attitude regarding Beal. Beal is a good guy and a hard worker who has busted his butt for this organization. What's not to like?
But that doesn't mean we shouldn't want to trade him. We all understand the problem. Beal wants to win now, which impacts our ability to acquire and develop talent. It's just a bad mix to have a win-now vet on a team that needs to rebuild. The clear choice is to trade him for the best package of young assets possible. The trade should have been made 18 months ago. The longer we wait, the lower his trade value becomes, and the longer we delay the necessary rebuild.
