Actually, it would have to be bigger. Yes, they are under the cap, but they will be using all that space to sign LeBron. That means they can't just absorb Love's contract in a lopsided deal. And since Wiggins hasn't been signed, he has no dollar value in the deal - they would be trading his rights.
Kevin Love will make $15,719,063 this season. To even get close to that, they'll have to at a minimum send Bennett+Waiters+Hopson. And wasn't Minny insisting that GSW take Kevin Martin in any Love trade scenario? If that's the case, then the Cavs will also have to replace Hopson with Verajao.
Assuming they get some of LeBron's old pals on cheap deals (Birdman, Allen, Miller) their roster would be more like this:
Birdman/Haywood
Love/Thompson
LeBron/Miller
Martin/Allen
Kyrie/Delevadova
Similar depth concerns to what Miami had, but still darn good.
