Me wonders if this is related to her publicized extra muscle. More muscle = more possibility of strains/pulls. Take it from me, a former track guy. We cross-country types NEVER pulled thigh muscles, but sprinters did ... a lot.
I'll be damned, but I never even considered that more muscle mass=more possibility for strains/pulls. Makes sense though.
She was held out of the 1st pre-season game because of the quad. At the time, I assumed it was because it was a pre-season game and the Iowa homecoming was the next day.
Hope she can get right quickly.
