Monday to Friday I eat, without fail:
Breakfast: I slice of toast with peanut butter on it (7:30am'ish)
Morning snack: 2 banana's (one around 10:00am, the other around noon)
Lunch: A campbells sausage gumbo soup (at around 2:30pm)
Afternoon snack: 1 more banana (around 4:00pm)
I also drink about 4 litres of water a day at the office.

i dont know what i would do w/out bananas.
4pm is sweets time. must have some form of something sweet at 4pm. doesnt have to be much, just a bite or two.
Had to become healthy. I was getting wayyyyyyy too big. Now I've dropped almost 70lbs in the last year and a half.
I used to eat two banana's and two apples a day - until the cost of apples had me spending about $15 a week on apples - which I refuse to curtail to.
