Monday to Friday I eat, without fail:

Breakfast: I slice of toast with peanut butter on it (7:30am'ish)
Morning snack: 2 banana's (one around 10:00am, the other around noon)
Lunch: A campbells sausage gumbo soup (at around 2:30pm)
Afternoon snack: 1 more banana (around 4:00pm)

I also drink about 4 litres of water a day at the office.

*I'm like clockwork.

so healthy. 3 bananas a day? wow.

i dont know what i would do w/out bananas.

4pm is sweets time. must have some form of something sweet at 4pm. doesnt have to be much, just a bite or two.

Had to become healthy. I was getting wayyyyyyy too big. Now I've dropped almost 70lbs in the last year and a half.

I used to eat two banana's and two apples a day - until the cost of apples had me spending about $15 a week on apples - which I refuse to curtail to.

how old are you?

i have been a toothpick my entire life. always underweight for my height. didnt matter what i ate, when i ate, how much i ate. about 3 years ago when i was 38, i finally started putting on some weight. i've now put on about 25-30 lbs in the last 3 years. i think i've had enough. now i am probably about 10lbs past where i would like to be.

i've was around 130 (keep in mind i am 5'6") from the time i was a freshman in highschool until i was 38 (give or take 5lbs). now i am around 155. i actually hit 160 the other day with clothes on. i was shocked. 145 would be perfect.

really need to start running again.

this was me up until I was 20. I used to be 5'10 and 60kg (132 pounds for you mob) when I was 17.
Filled out into 70kg by 18 but I could eat literally anything. Then when I hit the 20's it slowly started piling a little on.
I still remember the first time I felt some fat on my bony frame.

But it wasn't until I hit the 30's that I really started adding fat.

Now my breakfast/morning tea consists of smoothies I make at home. Always start with beetroot, celery, orange and carrot often change what else I add.

Keeps me going until lunch and I've lost 5 kg in about a month

Who saw that Crossover Kemba did on Farried?? That has to make it on sportscenter top 10 but we know it wont because its the Bobcats. It should at least be on Smittys top plays under the rim.

Don't y'all dare try to act like y'all don't like how our offense look now that we got CDR and Neal hitting 3s with Kemba, McBob, and Tolliver. I know I can't lie that it's a thing of beauty to finally see us hit 3s to get some distance from these teams that be trying to hang with us. Without CDR and Neal hitting those 3s last night would've been another meltdown in which we allow a team to stick around and steal the victory from us. One thing I've noticed is that we've been closing games out lately instead of making every game a nail biter.

so the moral of this story is George Karl was holding this crappy team together with glue and duck tape.

It's more a combination of not having four starters (Iggy, Gallo, Koufus and Brewer) from last year, injuries this year, Karl having found his touch of creating those organized chaos teams in Denver and Shaw evidently being confused on which players to play and in what line-ups. I don't think that Shaw likes the players he has that much. A whole lot of athletic yet clueless talent that doesn't mesh together.

Granted, Karl did a good job at coaching that team (until Jackson out-coached in him the first round), however, I don't think you can say that Shaw has the same team Karl had.

Yeah but that offense though. They totally could've stolen that win from us, especially if Hendo were playing.

Moral of the Story: We're better with Hendo on the bench.

We should have won that game by 20+ last night, we just couldn't put them away. Seemed like they were shooting free throws every possession they had.
