Let’s call this series a tie, and run back another 7 game series to decide game 7.

I’d watch a lot more of this. Until I stroke out probably from the wild swings.

It's been a classic. I like both teams so just a pleasure to watch.

I will be sad to see it end tomorrow but have to think about the health of the fans involved. This is stress watching if this is one of your teams.

yeah, my next best possible result would be westbrook getting a ring but i'm really displeased with jokic fans so i'll tune off if the thunder is knocked out.

pretty much. I thought Doncic fans were the worst but those Jokic fanboys are on another level. The fact that a lot of them consider Jamal Murray/Aaron Gordon as scrubs is the weirdest thing I have seen from a banbase (and that's coming from a guy that think that Jokic is the most dominant player I have ever seen)

Dont you get it, Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray are certified scrubs because they've never made the reputable all star team. The same All star team that legends like Kyle Korver made averaging a monstrous 12 points per game. Same allstar team thar Yao Ming made when he played 5 total games one year.

Gordon and Murray are barely NBA roster worthy, can’t you see? Nevermind the fact Murray is top 3 in total playoff points scored alongside Joker. Nevermind the fact that Aaron Gordon leads the playoffs in offensive rebounds, can guard 1-5 and has hit multiple game winning shots. They are complete scrubs because they didn’t get named to a mythical regular season team and they should thank Jokic everyday for existing.

I'm terrified of game 7. I really hope these young Thunder get their stuff together and play consistently well. Their inexcusable lapses have been killing them. Jokic is not someone you want to deal with in a do or die game, and the Thunder are at risk of effing around and finding out.

I've been high on OKC all year and rightfully think they're the best team in the NBA, and I know Jokic lost a Game 7 last year, at home no less, but him coming into your building for a Game 7 effectively feels like LeBron or Jordan or Shaq at his absolute peak coming into your building for Game 7. You know he's going to be nothing short of amazing, you know you can't do anything about it. He's not putting up anything short of 35 and 15. There's gotta be a significant intimidation factor right now. Everything points to an OKC victory but it's hard to pick against a Jokic-led team right now.

Playing G-League guy in game 7 of most important series in their life will not get you far away.

I have a feeling this will end for the Nuggets same like last year. Lack of bodies will show at the end of the game, bench guys will be unplayable and Murray and Jokic will have to play 45 minutes which means they will not have energy to close the game.

Hate to say it, but if Adelman had trusted his bench more in Game 5, this series is likely over right now, and Gordon could rest on Sunday without detriment to the team.

And they would've gone past MIN in G7 if Malone had trusted his bench more in that game.

Jokic is a mofo and has earned and deserves all the praise he gets. He is a generational player regardless if the nuggets win this series or loses this series. I just want Westbrook to not get hated on as much as he has over his career.

Tyler King
‪@kingtylerb.bsky.social‬
David Adelman says Aaron Gordon is a true game-time decision tomorrow, but there is a chance he plays. Mentions he’ll show up tomorrow and the medical staff will determine how safe it is to play with the hamstring injury and how much he can go.

Bennett Durando:
Aaron Gordon participated in the Nuggets' walk-through and will be a game-time decision tomorrow in Oklahoma City for Game 7. David Adelman: "He fully was part of it. The game plan. Both sides of the ball. So if Aaron can play, he will play." I asked Adelman about the safety component of playing through an injury that can worsen. Said it's a priority but acknowledged "the hoops (to jump through) are probably smaller because the game's coming so quickly. It's not a thing where he has like three weeks to go through it."

Big positive news on Gordon. Looking like he might play.

No joker fan thinks Gordon is anything but an elite teammate, he’s excellent. Murray is what he is, extremely hot and cold, high floor low ceiling. The real issue imo is the 35+ mil a year being wasted on MJP

Im a fan of jokic so i would be happy to see him advance and be able to continue to watch the best player in the league continue playing playoff ball...

At the same time, SGA is my guy and I'd love to watch the implosion on here by the jokic fanboys and all the finger pointing and excuses that would come with an okc win...

Nobody thinks AG is a scrub lol. This is such extreme talk. People who love Jokic love AG too. Whenever people talk about trades they’ll say to keep AG and trade MPJ and possibly Murray.

I'm a Nuggets fan first, and not a Jokic "fanboy", but I'm proud of this team regardless. I didn't expect them to take the Thunder to seven, win or lose, it's been quite a run, especially after how the regular season closed out. I don't think anyone is going to have a meltdown if Denver loses. Kind of a weird thing to say, but whatever.

I expect OKC to win, but I'm not counting Denver out. It's a shame, they should have won at least one of games 4 or 5.

If AG plays and is effective this is close to a 50/50 game 7 imo. If he can't have impact i'd lean heavily OKC. Jokic will go bonkers in a game 7 but the nuggets will get worn down by the 4th quarter.

You could also make a case OKC should have won game 1 or 3 so it's pretty even. The series seems where it should be.

There was a Joker fan who listed Norman Powell as a better player over Gordon during the Clipper series. But to his credit, he retracted that claim and admitted his bias as a Joker extremist.

However, a disturbing trend exist among Joker fans where they just list all star appearances as if thats the end all be all to show the lack of quality of the team surrounding Jokic. Aaron Gordon will never be a superstar but he's one of the best "star" role players in the league. The guy does literally everything well and is the defensive anchor of the team, covers up a lot for Jokic's rim protection deficiencies. Murray is streaky but when he's on, there is no guarding him. He and Jokic have some of the best 2 man chemistry in NBA history and Murray routinely raises his level of play in the playoffs.

This isn't the small ball big 3 era anymore where you can throw 3 perimeter allstars together and win a ring. Ask Phx how that worked out. Jokic may not have sexy names around him, but the team was built around him and his skillset in mind.

I have no clue how the Thunder are favored by 8.5. I have to give the edge to the Nuggets tomorrow.

I have a lot more faith in the Nuggets #2 guy (Murray) showing up than I do OKC's (Jalen Williams).

If Gordon manages to play, I think even on one leg he'd outperform Williams.

The only way I see the Thunder winning is if one of the bench guys goes off for 20+ points.
