The issue is accountability. If the guys ****ing up are yelling at the guy who didn't **** up, it means they're not taking responsibility for their own play, like Harden's isos and Dwight's inability to close out or shoot FTs. It's poor leadership and it's crappy for the locker room. Same goes for the coaches.
Google Popovich yelling and you'll see him yelling at Duncan and Parker all the time. I have no idea why Harden and Howard are getting a free ride given that they're both signed to long-term deals.
That's because Gregg Popovich has complete ownership and control of his squad on the court. Whereas, the Rockets are at the mercy of their two superstars. The franchise can't risk upsetting them so everyone else will be the scapegoat before the real issues are addressed.
