yea it would be awesome if a neutral health board/commision did a new VAERS study on covid vaccine adverse effects and VAERS reporting.  
That is what should happen.
 
So, why did you post that study if you knew it wasn't accurate?
Did you not know, or were you intentionally posting misinformation?
Because nowhere did you say "this isn't accurate, but a study done over a decade ago said this, we should look into this," you just posted it as evidence covid is being underreported, when it was an unrelated study done over a decade ago.
