Tough to come across a legit, YOUNG, already superstar scoring PG like Kyrie, so ideally you would keep him. But I see a different mentality in Kyrie that's not 100% committed to championship basketball. His first movie, his flat earth comments, not working on his body nearly as much as a superstar should, the way he handled his move from Cle after hearing his name in trade rumors... all question marks imo.
No doubt the kid loves playing ball, is super competitive, and loves the big stage... but he won a premature championship thanks to the return of Lebron, and now seems to be on a mission to elevate his brand show the world he can be the man. Boston may be too team orientated for him. Tough situation for the Celtics. You need to go for that championship run this year, and you can't do it without Kyrie, but his departure to NY seems as likely as Lebron's move to LA was.
