When shumpert is ranked 4 for shooting guards and korver is one of the 11 positive sg defenders you can tell this is hugely floored without context.

In saying that Crawford seems very appropriately ranked.

For what's it's worth, Embiid and Simmons have played a little less than 100 games each.

Simmons (PG): +1.45, would be ranked 4th, not bad for a rookie
Embiid: +3.59, would be ranked 2nd

The eye test doesnt do him justice whatsoever

Historically he's been pretty impactful on offense as well. He does a lot of little things well that are typically undervalued because they don't show up in the box score.
jonjames is a signature bet welcher.

Enes Kanter taking up the last spot for centers
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

Very interesting all around. Nothing too surprising since you can get a pretty good idea just based off of the individual years how the composite would come together, but still nice to see it in one place.

And Trey Burke 2nd to last for pgs.

I feel bad for knick fans who believe these two guys are anything but trash.
New York said Mitchell wasn't the guy you trade the sink for, then they traded it for Mikal, lol.

Not that crazy when he is leaving guys like Klay Thompson and Gary Harris off his list.

This list surprisingly matches the eye test for the vast majority of the players on there. Wow.

Also, this goes to you show you that Curry is under rated as a defender. He's well above average for his position. He's got a whole half point more than Westbrook.

Not even shocked at where Wiggins and Towns are at. I like DPRM.

#22 and #53 for shooting guards

According to ESPN DRPM calculations they are both positive defenders,.

Last 5 years? I haven't checked his work, but they are certainly on his list.

Yay. They also acquired Greg Monroe who is their best defensive center. (Poor Jonas)

Denver is lucky. Jokic is an elite defender never knew that. Imagine a Jokic, Nurkic frontcourt they would dominate.

In all seriousness Jokic probably confuses the opponent with his passing so they become tired and inept on offense.

Jokic plays more classic defense, the way it was taught when i was a kid, in that even allowing a shot is a failure.
Read on Twitter

Rim defense is nice, but isn't it better to not allow a guy a shot? Jokic is elite in the league for least amount of shots compared to drives and opponent opportunity allowed at the rim as well
