That's BS and just shows your ignorance. There's plenty of European sport events, basketball games, where fans can definitely tell players anything they want and LBJ would be a quiet mouse, he wouldn't dare to make an eye contact, let alone demand that someone is thrown out.
There is no reason why an NBA game should be a snowflake territory, where almost-bilionaires like LBJ get their precious feelings hurt and paying fans have to leave the arena. Whether you think it should be like that is irrelevant to me. I disagree.
