Just to add on the first point. I believe the real phrase is "The customer is always right with their taste". If people want their steak well done and dipped in ranch, or if someone wants an expensive wine to be served in ice cubes, I suppose they could whatever they want with their money. Somewhere along the lines, some entitled a-hole interpret it as "the customer is always right".

Im pretty sure the higher ups told Lebron not to rock the boat and criticize china. Look what happened when Morey called out china and the nba budget dropped by billions and the cap space for each team dropped which means players will make less money. Michael Jordan was told to stay silent about politics by Nike which is why he said the popular phrase " republicans buy sneaks, too."

That's BS and just shows your ignorance. There's plenty of European sport events, basketball games, where fans can definitely tell players anything they want and LBJ would be a quiet mouse, he wouldn't dare to make an eye contact, let alone demand that someone is thrown out.

There is no reason why an NBA game should be a snowflake territory, where almost-bilionaires like LBJ get their precious feelings hurt and paying fans have to leave the arena. Whether you think it should be like that is irrelevant to me. I disagree.
