Based on rookie numbers Michael Carter Williams was the best player from his draft class. I'm sure Portland and Milwaukee wish they had him over McCollum and Giannis. Rookie numbers don't lie.
You'd be crazy yo want him over Dennis Smith Jr before the draft and a year later he hasn't shown anything to change that.
