Kyrie would be the perfect player to play for the now screwed up state of Florida. They deserve each other.

Than again, Florida was always screwed up, but I can’t imagine a fate more fitting for both parties being together.

It’s so screwed up that we have record numbers of people coming here in droves.

California on the other hand…

Bigger issue is that, like Harden, Luka has a game that's predicated on the refs blowing their whistle.

And because of that, they can dictate his productivity/impact on a nightly basis.

Add the fact that he plays very little defense in order to conserve energy for those high IQ stepback threes after dribbling for 15 secs, he needs a lot of help on defense.

Well saw this coming from a mile away.

Because Twitter’s algo keeps posting that guy on my wall and I think it’s NBAcentral which is legit usually.

Lmao this guy said nothing special. But at least a few of you criticizing him went mask off and showed it has nothing to do with this comment, and everything to do with his vax status lol.

He will have a wakeup call like Caremlo did a while back, when he is not being courted by major teams with max deals. Carmelo also never had the off-court issues that Kyrie has on a regular basis.

I could just be mis-remembering I guess, but the two situations don't seem all that similar. Kyrie still has talent of a max player, he just has some serious off-court problems that make him not worth the risk for the majority of teams. I don't think ANY team out there that should give him more than a 2 year deal.

I dont really remember him having issues getting max deals in his prime. He was with the Knicks and Nuggets for that entire portion of his career. By the time he was WAIVED by the Knicks, he was past his prime and I dont think even his big head thought he was a max player.
Go Knicks!

Well, if fans came there and played, the end result would have been the same. It would just cost the team a little bit less.

and if he bounces Luka could be right behind him. Cuban has no choice but to bend to Kyrie's will.

I have no dog in this fight so my opinion is the least biased.
The media today gets under the skin of players today with their asinine questions and rightfully so.
The players need to ignore those kind of questions, and maintain their calm.

People suspected this experiment wasn't working a week or so ago. Don't ignore the red flags. Is Dallas committed to signing Kyrie given the failure? Can they improve the team without him? Luka's career is stuck in neutral due to poor management.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

The Mavs are going to need to choose their next coach carefully if Kyrie stays in town. Kidd had pretty much already lost this team even before the trade

Basically the way Kyrie is acting is like, if I were to go to a reataurant and order a steak medium rare and it comes very well done, then after complaining the chef comes out and says "Well you're not the professional so what do you know?"
A Hornets, team without Lamelo, Bridges, Oubre, and Terry Rozier...they were even down by 21 points in the 3rd.

Didn't the Knicks just lose to this same tanking Hornets team at home?

The difference, the knicks are almost a lock to be in the playoffs at this point. Not the case for the Mavs.Every game is crucial for the mavs and losing vs hornets is such a killer

That's just flat out not true. The Knicks are one loss away from being in the play-in.

Irving really should make the Hall of Fame as the most toxic player to ever play the game.

And the stupid franchises that indulge him should have their logos with paper bags on their head underneath his mantle in shame.

Oubre and Rozier playing should count as a negative for the Knicks because they make the team worse.
