So, you're telling us that all 102 people who voted for JV are Raptors fans?
Or lithuanians.

I'll say Lillard or MKG.

Isn't JV treated like a superstar in Lithuania?

Yes, he have much bigger hype in media, but a lot of people treated him not so well because of his playing for Rytas. Maybe it sounds silly, but Lithuania have big rivalry over many years between Rytas and Zalgiris and both teams fans sometimes judge opposite team players without serious reasons.
By saying that Valanciunas is less experienced and smart, I was talking about off court things. Valanciunas is typical lithuanian by character - modest, confused, talking not to much. Motiejunas own other type - he is self-confident, already played and lived couple years in foreign countries. Shortly saying, Valanciunas is soft and Motiejunas is a tough guy. That is another reason why lithuanians see Motiejunas better in this league.

Davis might need a little time to adjust with his frame, aggressive defense and limited post moves.
Charlotte will not win many games this year but Gilchrist will stuff stat sheets and show people exactly how good he is, I am not claiming he will have a better career than Davis but I believe him to be more NBA ready and have more of an impact both offensively and defensively (in his rookie year)
The ESPN NBA Rookie Poll asked who is the best defender and Gilchrist got 28.6 percent of the vote compared to 14.3 percent to Davis. The rookies couldn't vote for themselves or college or pro teammates.
I optimistically expect 15/7/3/1/1 and some credibility for Charlotte.
Davis probably 12/9/1/2
Beal 14/5/2
Lillard 16/3/3
Valanciunas 12/7/1/1
Barnes 15/5/2
Robinson 14/9/1
Waiters 8/2/1
Drummond 4/4/1

Wow - those predictions are OUT there! Are people realizing that this past years rookie crop had ONE player who averaged more that 12.8 pts pre game, and NO one who averaged 7.8 rebs or better?

Valanciunas is nothing like Motiejunas.
Valanciunas has the ideal size and frame for a Center. He also plays like a true Center unlike a lot of modern Centers. He takes most of his shots from inside the arc (despite having a J) and also shoots amazingly from the FT line.
Motiejunas has good size as well but he doesn't play like a true Center. It's clear that he wants to be a stretch 4. He tends to shoot a lot but his efficiency is only average. He is also a mediocre FT shooter despite fancying himself as a shooter (he has only shot higher than 70% twice while Val tends to hit more than 80% and sometimes close to 90%).
Motiejunas compares to Andrea Bargnani and Ryan Anderson.
Valanciunas compares to Roy Hibbert and Marc Gasol.
It's all a matter of playstyle. Big men with the traditional playstyle of Val are rare nowadays and a big commodity. Stretch 4s are quite common.

Actually, I did. Prokom played in the Euroleague last season and I was watching their matches as I participated in Bwin's Euroleague Fantasy Challenge.
He did have a game in which he grabbed 21 rebounds and broke the Euroleague record against Union Olimpija and he improved his rebound average to 7.9 from 5.5 - 6.0 (of course, the 21 rebound game helps to skew those statistics when the sample is only 10 games) but his overall play confirmed that he is pretty much only a scoring big man yet. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
It's just that Val is a much more complete player as he plays both sides of the ball and is a stronger rebounder.
