Hard to give any kind of MVP award to a guy who shoots 0-9 from 3 in the most important game of the season.

He had a bad shooting night. It happens. He was still a +15 despite awful shooting and he played good defense.

There is a huge recency bias in the FMVP voting. Curry clearly had a better series than Durant in Durants second FMVP campaign. But because Durant had the big final game, he got the award. So the real answer to this question is yes, Wiggins could get it. He would just need a huge game 6.
