What makes someone a hater?
Maybe when they resort to stuff like this...
LEBRON "PLEASE HOLD ME RIO" JAMES
I called you a homer because you said in your post that IS HAVING ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST 2 YEAR RUN EVER. Jordan has at least 5 better 2 year runs, Hakeem has 2 better, Shaq has 4 better, LEBRON MIGHT EVEN HAVE ONE BETTER! Two great regular seasons and one great postseason isn't something that's never been done before but in the case of Lebron James nothing that happened before 2012 matters right?
Just complete nonsense on all counts. Lebron gets 3 more wins and this is among the dominant 2 year stretches we've seen. 2 MVPs (neither remotely disputable) + 2 finals MVP (the combo of which has only been done once before), two top 11 all time efficiency seasons, won player of the month in 7 of the 8 full months the award has been given (throwing out both shortened aprils where your boy Melo got the 2 week award only to struggle in the postseason as always, including being held to under 30% shooting by Lebron when matched on him in the 2012 round 1), you cannot dominate the league to any greater degree.
And of course Lebron is leading them in scoring, rebounding and assists which would be completely unprecedented for a player to do twice on a title team, let alone back to back. Plus the fact that during this span he headlined the longest win streak the league has seen since the merger, or countless other varying factors which render this a virtually inarguable premise (premise being 12 and 13 Lebron is on the very short list of 2 year runs). Crap on the current league all you want, the gap between he and everyone else is as wide as we've seen it. He won Chip 1 with Bosh starting fewer than half the games in the postseason, and he can possibly win chip 2 with Wade and Bosh looking like Mo Williams (without the outside touch) and 2009 Big Z in costume.
And none of this is changed by the fact that he didn't go 30/9/8 yesterday. Sorry
