Other than Andray, we have no one.
Our 2nd best player is Thornton who is an inefficient chucker. Our 3rd best player is Randy Foye who sucks beyond all comprehension.
Our complementary players include JaVale McGee, Earl Boykins, Quentin Ross, Alonzo Gee, Shaun Livingston, James Singleton, etc.
This is a horrible, horrible team and it's a miracle we've won the 4 games we did, to be honest.
To be fair, Thornton has been decent in his tenure with Washington. As the #2 option, he has posted a TS% of .536. That's a little low, which is indicative that he shouldn't be a 2nd option, but if he was a 3rd option he'd probably shoot around .550. That's a respectable shooting percentage. I'd label him as a starting-caliber player (so far).
But I am in agreement with the rest of your post. Outside of Blatche and Thornton, there isn't another player on the team that would start on a 35-win team. Everybody sucks. To put it into perspective, a valid case can be made that James Singleton is the 3rd best player on the team, and Singleton averaged 8 "garbage time" minutes per game in Dallas.
