Of course but if he can't fix his mess he should step aside no? Miami just made the finals over us. We're tied with the Knicks. Rozier and Hayward killing it. Where's the pride. Where's the change. Where's the effort.
What mess? We've got one of the best young cores in the league and they've already got a ton of playoff experience. This season has been all over the place but as far as I know Ainge didn't cause covid which completely killed the off-season and he didn't injure anyone on the team keeping our expected team from playing together. Other than a couple teams at the top and a couple at the bottom the whole league is all over the map right now.
Well another poster used mess and I ran with it. Your points are all valid of course but doesn't it seem like Ainge is scrambling, reacting to the product he built rather than leading, creating a contender. Ainge should admit it and pivot

Fair enough, though he has admitted they aren't title ready as constituted. As for Ainge "scrambling" he, per usual, is linked to pretty much every name out there, whether anything happens now or in the off season he's not sitting on his hands. Fans are desperate for a move and Ainge isn't (rightly so) so he's going to take some criticism but no matter what he does he's taking criticism, this is Boston. I'm just glad a bunch of dumb ass impatient fans aren't in charge, we'd be Billy Kingin this thing to ****.
