Kind of an odd way to announce this if it's only a one year extension. Why not just say a one year 12.4mm extension or "for a little over 12m?"

You look at how much better he's gotten, literally every year he's been in the league. There's no question he's a hard worker. Excited to see what he has in store for us this season.

He's gonna end up way better than most of this board thinks. In his prime he will be a top 10-15 player in the league easily.
