You already nailed it when you mentioned Kevin Love. If Cleveland offers Love and I think they will, than Ainge has to offer Brown and a Nets pick at minimum to trump it. I'd take the Nets 2017 pick over Love without question if I am Presti. Better question is what other offers can we beat out Love with that don't involve that pick?

And how good a move is that for the Cavs, anyways? Super small team, and if Westbrook leaves in a year, put a fork in them.

If you really think Danny Ainge is just randomly vacationing in San Diego while it's been confirmed multiple other Celtics related people are also in the area then I'm not sure how to reason with you at this point

Unfortunately I think we have lost smitty's tidbits moving forward, it's a shame I really enjoyed his input. Outside of how he was treated here, the fact lifshatz and O'Connor starting putting this stuff out elsewhere will stop him from giving as much inside info. I hope I'm wrong but I'm sure eventually it could cost him sources.
