You already nailed it when you mentioned Kevin Love. If Cleveland offers Love and I think they will, than Ainge has to offer Brown and a Nets pick at minimum to trump it. Westbrook gives Cleveland a real chance to compete with Golden State and Danny can't trump that without giving Presti Brown and a Nets pick. Presti may not have a lot of leverage but he'll have leverage over Danny if Love is on the table.

Love is two months older than Westbrook. I doubt Presti has interest in him if they're really rebuilding. As soon as Durant left, their chance at competing in the West was out the door with him, even if Westbrook stays. Crank up the tank, Sam!
