Brown to Atlanta with Brogdon into Collins TPE

Murray, Hunter, and 2 1sts to Boston, saves enough money to re-sign Grant and still use TPMLE.

Murray/White
Hunter/Pritchard/MLE
Tatum/Hauser/Walsh
Porzingis/Grant/Brissett
Rob/Al/Luke

That's a great team and they avoid the Brown supermax

Brogdon/Grant S&T 14 mil per/Pritchard/Champagnie is 42.5 mil, Dame is 46.6 mil. Boston can offer plenty of picks and a 3rd team could get involved

Dame/White/vet min
Brown/vet min
Tatum/Hauser/Walsh
Porzingis/Brissett/vet min
Rob/Al/Luke

Looks good, but I don't think we can combine Grant with other players from our team going out - if doing a Grant S&T. I could be wrong, though.

I'm fine with just sending Rob to Portland instead and resigning Grant.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

yeah it's so funny watching the whole country turn to **** because just enough morons in PA, WI, and MI decided they liked having an orange hateful dumbass in charge to ruin everything.

These convos never end well so let’s just keep them out of this thread please. Save the fireworks for our backyards and waterways…

Celtics forward Jaylen Brown, meanwhile, is eligible for a five-year, $295 million super-max extension this offseason. League sources said the Celtics and Brown have yet to fully jump into negotiations.

Sounds like hesitation on both sides.

Perhaps there's a chance JB gets traded for Dame. Or Trae. Or Giannis. Or Embiid.

:)

Still think Atlanta would be the more likely trade partner for Jaylen, if we were moving off him.

Hmm, let's see. Bones Hyland was a role player who was decent but not that good in Denver. Bones whined and complained about playing time, asked for a trade. Goes to clippers. They barely played him. Clippers then get bounced in the 1st round.

KJ Martin, wasn't happy with the playing time he got on the worst team in the league so he whined and complained about it. Now he goes to the clippers. Let me guess, he won't play much (cause they have a ton of other wings there and if he didn't get a lot of mins on the worst team in the league, why would he get more mins for a playoff team?) and let me guess, it'll be another early exit from the playoffs for the Clippers.

In this scenario, please send Trae to Portland and Dame here. I want nothing to do with Trae…

The plot thickens.

So all that talk of the Celtics wanting to stick with the Jays long term was just all bark and no bite?

We can start the Celtics South End transition with trading Grant there.

There's no negotiations needed. He's getting the max or he's gone.

Probably both.

Which team do you guys think would need to include more in a Dame for JB swap?

Wow

FWIW they do have all off season and he’s currently speaking at some New Orleans festival (he posted it on IG) could just be waiting on that to end

Not sure either, but Sexton was a S & T last year combined with Markkanen in the Mitchell trade. I'm sure there's a way to do it especially with the ability to add other teams.

Yeah let's revisit that in 3 years when Dame is nearly 40 and Brown has hit his prime.

I'm not impressed with the career loser score first PG. They're both super expensive. But one is old, has never been a winning player and will not improve
