Yeah. They likely and should play it safe. It a week before the season starts so we will see. I’d expect he might miss at least a few games.
Hamstrings are unfortunately notoriously bothersome and generally take longer than you think. I know some of us are Patriots fans, Christian Gonzalez hurt his hamstring in training camp and we were told he would be ready by opening day. 3 weeks of preseason and 4 weeks of regular season it took for him to finally return.
IIRC JB has had hamstring injuries his entire career. I remember him saying it before. He must play through them, because he hasn’t missed any time that for it. If he does miss time, it’s probably serious.

Interesting he is apparently a 6'7 guard from St Johns.. I guess brad is thinking if we cut one former player from St. John's. We get to bring in another..
Maybe Hal has more info.. from what I read, he doesn't appear to be a shooter. Perhaps he is more of a playmaker..

Nah, Scott isn't much of a playmaker. The sell for him is he's a 3&D wing with decent height. Kind of like a Tony Snell type, but worse.
Didn't shoot it well from 3 last season but his sophomore and junior seasons he did shoot well from 3..his volume on 3PA has been good last couple years (a good indicator that shooting could improve over time) and the FT% has been very good in recent years..so there's optimism that over time he'll be a decent shooter.
But overall, he's not that good which is why he went undrafted and couldn't even get a 2-way contract..just a g league roster guy..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything
